Delivery
Your order will normally be despatched within 7-14 days, providing the item(s) are in stock. At times of higher demand, this may take longer, as stock levels are not unlimited, and supplies of limited edition models are inevitably under greater pressure. You will be notified if the model is out of stock. For any orders with models due to be released at some point in the future, we will despatch these items to you when we receive stock from the manufacturer after the models are released.

Online Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards on-line ( Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, Electron, Mastercard & American Express). Note that your card is NOT debited until the model is ready for despatch.

Credit card security
Credit card security is of the up most importance to us. All credit card transactions are conducted on a SECURE SERVER. A security padlock in the bottom right corner of the screen when completing the on-line ordering page and entering your credit card details. This ensures that all your details are encrypted when they get transmitted over the Internet and can't be read by anyone on the way.
