We believe our P&P charges are as fair and reasonable as possible, and also that our packaging is the best in the business, with great time and care taken to ensure that the models reach our customers in the condition intended. International Deliveries

** As Royal Mail and Parcelforce now charge by volume as well as weight, the prices for International Deliveries outside the EC are estimates only, and are subject to change for individual orders. In some cases this may mean we have to charge a higher rate than that shown. For example a parcel with 2-3 1/18 cars may only weigh 2-3 Kg, but the volumetric weight may be as high as 8-10Kg. This would increase the postage cost to the USA from £35 to over £70. We will therefore charge on a 100% fair policy, ie if it costs us £10, we will charge £10, if it costs us £80, we will charge £80.

When you place the order it will show the postage costs at the standard rate but we will amend to suit the size and weight of the model(s) you have ordered.

Modelenium uses the Royal Mail and Parcel Force delivery services. Once models have left Modelenium we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. 

Our Packaging Process

Receiving your model in the condition it was intended is of great importance to Modelenium. Any kind of package in transit is susceptible to damage, which is why we take this into account during the packaging process, and great time and care is taken in packing your model.

We always make sure that each box is slightly larger than the model. In doing this it allows for packaging chips and reinforced corners to be inserted. This way if the package is accidentally dropped the model and its presentation box will remain undamaged.
