Payment Methods
Modelenium offers 3 payment methods - Credit/Debit Card - Personal Cheque - Postal Order
Credit cards accepted are - Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta and American Express.
Debiting of Credit Cards - Credit Cards are only debited once the model is despatched.
Cheques - All cheques are subject to a 7 working days clearance policy.
Postal Orders - All postal Orders are subject to a 3 day clearance policy.

Deliveries Policy
Modelenium uses the Royal Mail / Parcel Force company to deliver its models.~ All models are insured in conjunction with the Royal Mail / Parcel Force policy. Modelenium cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.

Pricing
Modelenium reserves the right to change its prices at any time.~ All models are priced in UK sterling, and include VAT at the current rate, except for deliveries outside of the European Community, where VAT is zero.

Orders
Modelenium endeavours to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, typically within 10-14 working days, if there is any reason why the order cannot be fulfilled within this time we will contact you. Modelenium reserves the right to cancel any order if it so wishes.

Returns Policy - Faulty Goods
If for any reason your model did not arrive in the condition intended please return it within 10 days.  You may request a full refund or replacement, please state clearly when you return the model. In all cases the refund applicable is limited to the amount paid by you to us plus reasonable return postage costs, we are not liable for time lost or conseqential loss. These Terms apply for genuinely faulty goods, they do not apply for goods damaged by misuse, in that case we can offer no refund or replacement.

Returns Policy - Change of Mind
You may return the goods within 10 days for a refund, they must be returned in undamaged mint saleable condition, return postage costs are at your expense.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled by phone, letter or email at any time prior to despatch.

Statutory Rights
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
